About the event
Équijustice is a provincial non-profit association with 23 members in Quebec. Their network offers expertise in restorative justice and citizen mediation . Driven by values of communication, respect and openness, they favor a human and equitable approach. The challenges faced by caregivers are numerous, including maintaining a connection with the person suffering from a mental health disorder. Mediation is a little-known avenue that has several advantages and benefits for anyone going through periods of tension. Olivia Stroz-Breton, intervention team leader at Équijustice Montréal Center, and Ana Otero, head of the citizen mediation service (Montreal sector), will present the support services offered by Équijustice, which promote listening, understanding and dialogue. .
