Support group
Our support groups are designed to provide a space for sharing and support for loved ones of people living with a mental health disorder. Whether you are a parent, a child, a spouse or any other member of the entourage, these meetings will allow you to break the isolation and find answers to your questions.
Led by a family peer support worker and a psychosocial worker, these groups encourage the exchange of experiences and situations, placing experiential experience at the center of discussions. Participation is free and voluntary, and everyone is encouraged to share in a caring and respectful environment.
We offer several support groups each month, they are free, open to all relatives of people living with a mental health disorder.
We offer a range of small group workshops, tailored to the needs of loved ones. In collaboration with museums, our art workshops provide a creative and calming space to express emotions and reduce stress.
We also organize thematic workshops on key topics such as anxiety or crisis management. These moments of exchange allow you to better understand your role, share with others and develop practical tools.
Our dynamic and accessible offer is designed to meet the challenges of everyday life while providing a space for respite and learning. At Arborescence we are constantly developing new projects to meet different needs.
Workshops are available every month, they are free, open to all relatives of people living with a mental health disorder.
